We used Trevor at Kazam three times during our trip to Jamaica, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. When we first arrived in Kingston, he was at arrivals holding a sign with our name and immediately helped us with our bags and got us quickly to our hotel. Later in our trip, we had a free day and decided last minute that we wanted to visit Ocho Rios. We contacted Trevor and he was at our hotel within 45 minutes. He took us to Dunn’s River Falls, strolled with us through Ocho Rios, and then waited for us while we went to the beach for a couple of hours. Of course, we had to request Trevor’s services to take us to the airport the next morning, and even though it was a super early flight, he arrived to pick us up 15 minutes early and got us there in no time. “Clever Trevor” is a wonderfully skilled driver on the wild roads of Kingston, and he’s a pleasure to be around. He is funny, always checking to make sure you are comfortable, plays great music, and makes it a joy to travel around Jamaica. He calmed our nerves and took us to the correct hotel at 10pm. We called him again to take us to Dunns River Falls from Kingston. Safe driver and very knowledgeable with all our questions and saved us yet again when The Falls credit card machine was down and we had no cash to enter. We can’t say enough good things of Shaan. We enjoyed our hour long drive to the falls and back so much we hired him again to take us to Blue Mountain tomorrow . I hired Kazam Chauffeur services to drive me to many different locations around Kingston on a business trip. My driver Shaan was excellent. He was very familiar with the area and efficient with time. Shaan acted more as a team member than a driver. In several instances I asked him to negotiate on my behalf which worked out great. On the final day, the mission was complete so Shaan suggested that we take a tour to Ocho Rios. By that time we were more like friends. I had the privilege of returning home for a business trip. I booked the airport service from the US online. Travelled from Norman Manley International Airport Kingston to St. Andrew my Abnb location. I had an appointment in Kingston the following morning and returned to the airport the next day. It was the most hassle free trip I had because I was not worried about get around Kingston. My driver Dean was extremely professional, courteous And flexible. The vehicle I travelled in was very clean and comfortable with the scent of fresh air. The moment I met my driver I knew the experience would be an excellent one. He greeted me with a smile, took my bags to the car and made me comfortable. He asked me if I need to stop for a bite and of course we went for a patty and coco bread at tastee. Though I am Jamaican and I visit often he started telling me about the hotspots in Kingston for good food and drink. I gave him my schedule and he was on time in getting me to complete my business safely. The expectation of the service from booking to taking me safely back to the airport I give them a high ratings. I will recommend this service to persons who are going to jamaica and want to ride in comfort and get their business done on time.
